Contest Entry - Keeper Fantasy Leagues contests are open to customers and individuals who have reached legal age in their current state or country. Individuals not of legal age can join only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees and immediate family members of Keeper Fantasy Leagues, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to join or win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
Refund Policy - Keeper Fantasy Leagues does not provide refunds. Contestants that do not follow all our policies and procedures void all rights to fees paid.
Responsibility - Keeper Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for any missing, miscommunication, late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Keeper Fantasy Leagues or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.
Internet & Technology Issues - If, for any situation or reason, the contest is not able to run as planned, including computer virus, bugs fraud, tampering, or any technical failures, natural disasters or causes outside the control of Keeper Fantasy Leagues which affect the managing, administration, security, integrity and fairness of the contest, Keeper Fantasy Leagues reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, remove or ban individuals who tamper with the league, entry or contest process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
Warning - Any attempt by a member or participant to deliberately sabotage, discredit or damage any web site, league or forum or undermine the legitimate operation of the web site, league, contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and any attempt made, Keeper Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.
Membership - By joining, entering and participating in the contest, entries agree to hold harmless Keeper Fantasy Leagues, its sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
Non-Gambling Status - The contest is a game of skill based on members knowledge of sports. From entries received, winners are determined by the individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant professional sports information and fantasy sports rules to accumulate the highest scores during the contest according to the official contest rules. The contest is subject to all United States laws, and to the contest official rules, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.
Official Rules - By entering the contest and becoming a member, entries agree to abide by the official rules and procedures and by the decisions and rulings of Keeper Fantasy Leagues, which are final on all matters and situations relating to the contest. Keeper Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to change the official rules at any time, in its sole discretion.
New Rule Changes are added during the Off-Season and will be emailed to each league before teams are renewed.
The contest and website are not sponsored or endorsed by any way affiliated with, endorsed or licensed by any Professional Sports Organization, League, Team or Athlete.
